Frankie and Rhiannon got married at The Tythe Barn, which is a beautiful barn in Launton with a pretty garden. It was a gorgeous sunny day full of love, wisterias and laughter.
Girls got ready in The Nook – a little lovely house next to The Barn. Between all the bridesmaids, kids running around, clothes and bags everywhere it proved to be quite a logistic challenge as they decided not to see each other after the make up was done.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was a legal service in the garden. Well, on the barn's doorstep to be exact, so it's perfectly legal. During the ceremony they had several beautiful readings from friends and family.
THE RECEPTION
The couple had a drinks reception in the afternoon, and a live band in the evening. During the cocktail hour in the sunny garden Christian the Magician Extraordinaire was entertaining and he was so good and hilarious, guests didn't want to go inside for the dinner! For the meal they had a roast and at every table a nominated person did the carving.
Francesca and Rhiannon love to travel together so they made it a theme for their beautiful wedding and decorated the whole place with details connected to their trips. The reception was in the main hall – I love this venue because you can totally personalise it. Weddings at The Tythe Barn are amazing, because the surroundings are completely stunning.
WHY THE TYTHE BARN IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET MARRIED
The Tythe Barn is really peaceful and secluded, and is one of the loveliest places to get married in Oxfordshire. The venue offers onsite parking so guests don’t have to walk. It's spacious and on the grounds there are so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos.
THE COUPLE
Frankie and Rhiannon wore beautiful lacy dresses and they looked really incredible. They didn't see each other until walking down the aisle and yet somehow their styles worked perfectly together!
