TRINITY BUOY WHARF WEDDING // CATHERINE + NICHOLAS
Catherine and Nicholas had a lovely wedding day, beginning with a beautiful ceremony at Saint Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in East Dulwich. The church provided a serene and heartfelt setting, where the couple exchanged vows surrounded by their loved ones.
After the ceremony, we traveled to Trinity Buoy Wharf in East London for the reception, and the change in atmosphere was striking and exciting. This unique venue, nestled along the river, boasts stunning views of the Thames and the iconic O2. One of the highlights was the historic lighthouse, offering breathtaking panoramic views and it made for a unique photo location. The reception room was beautifully adorned with colourful flowers and delicate clouds of baby’s breath, creating a vibrant ambiance.
For me as a photographer, Trinity Buoy Wharf was a dream location. Its industrial charm, with dramatic shutters, shipping containers, and raw textures, provided endless opportunities for creative shots. Combining the venue's urban aesthetics, stunning scenery, and the joyous atmosphere of Catherine and Nicholas’s celebration, the day was nothing short of perfect.
